After last year’s partial collapse, 103 S. Travis is officially moving forward as the future Britton Brooks Law Office, with a connected speakeasy called “Hearsay” planned right behind it.

Expect some “wild ideas” for getting inside… details still under wraps.

If all goes well, construction wraps by summer 2026.
