🏠 Deal of the Week: The Lakehurst Floor Plan | Bel Air Village, Southeast Sherman
If you've been waiting for a home that just feels big the second you walk in — this might be the one.
DR Horton's Lakehurst floor plan in Bel Air Village is turning heads, and it's not hard to see why. With over 2,200 square feet of open living space and soaring ceilings, the layout just makes sense. The flow from living to dining to kitchen is seamless, and durable vinyl flooring ties it all together throughout the main areas.
The kitchen is fully loaded — solid surface countertops, tile backsplash, plenty of cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances. And depending on current builder incentives, you might even score a refrigerator, washer, and dryer thrown in. 👀
The primary suite is tucked away in the back corner, giving you backyard views, natural light, and easy access to a covered patio. Inside you'll find an extended walk-in shower, double sinks, great storage, and a walk-in closet that genuinely delivers.
Head upstairs and you've got two spacious secondary bedrooms sharing a full bath, plus a fourth bedroom with its own walk-in closet — perfect for guests, a home office, or whatever you need.
This one checks a lot of boxes.
