💧 Sherman TX water system upgrade! A brand-new 2 million gallon water tower is coming to Sherman, Texas to support growth and replace the aging tower.

The Sherman City Council just approved the $15.7M project, with construction starting this summer near Texas Instruments.

This will be the first new water tower in Sherman in over a decade and only the second built in the last 30 years. It’ll feature an illuminated design to give visitors a warm welcome as they enter the city.

Sherman is growing fast — and infrastructure like this matters for future homeowners, businesses, and investors.
