The spring real estate market is starting to warm up here in Sherman, Texas, which is usually when things really start to pick up. As the weather improves, more homes begin hitting the market and buyers become more active. We're already seeing the early signs of what could be a busy season ahead for Sherman and the surrounding Texoma area.

Compared to February of last year, inventory in Sherman has increased, giving buyers more homes to choose from than they’ve had in quite a while. At the same time, new listings are starting to rise as more homeowners prepare to sell during the spring season.

While sales activity has been slightly slower than last year’s pace, the market remains active and well-priced homes are still attracting strong interest.
